[KBA-79149] Motion detection stops working for Bosch cameras added in Security Center as CPP13

When a Bosch camera is added in Security Center as CPP13, motion events are not triggered in Security Desk.

Applies to

  • Security Center 5.10.x.x with camera driver pack 10.2 - 10.13
  • Security Center 5.11.0.0 - 5.11.2.x with camera driver pack 11.1 - 11.2

Cause

A coding issue.

Workaround

For systems running Security Center 5.10.x.x, upgrade to camera driver pack 10.14.

For systems running Security Center 5.11.0.0 - 5.11.2.x, a hotfix is available (HF3414639). To obtain the hotfix, contact the Genetec™ Technical Assistance Center (GTAC).

Status

This issue will be resolved in Security Center camera driver pack 10.14 and 11.3.
