[KBA-79156] ALPR Manager role using a lot of memory in Security Center 5.11.3.0

After upgrading your system to Security Center 5.11.3.0, the ALPR Manger role consumes a large amount of memory.

Applies to

Security Center 5.11.3.0

Cause

A memory leak is present under the following conditions:
  • Genetec Patroller™ is offline.
  • Hotlists associated with the Patroller system in the patrol vehicle are updated.

Workaround

Do not modify a hotlist while an associated Patroller system is offline.

Status

This issue will be resolved in Security Center 5.11.3.1.
