[KBA-79071] Zone issues following an Access Manager restart
This article explains why zones fail to be disarmed, and event-to-actions that depend on an I/O zone state might not get triggered after the Access Manager restarts.
- The event-to-actions related to zones do not get triggered due to the zone being in an unknown state.
- Disarmed zones revert to being armed and cannot be disarmed from Security Desk.
A coding error.
- Perform a system reboot on the Synergis™ Cloud Link.
- Set the zone to maintenance mode and revert it to a normal state.
