The Honeywell Galaxy intrusion panel extension 3.1 includes the following known limitations.

Issue Description
3024402 If an intrusion area is disarmed, input events for some of its inputs are not sent from the panel. Some specific events-to-actions might not work if the event pertains to the input state.
2740376 If a user imported from a panel has an associated tag number, the number is erased during synchronization.
Workaround: To avoid deleting the tag number during synchronization, Pull the users from the panel using the Users page in Config Tool, even if the users have no PINs defined on the Honeywell RSS. If you add or remove a tag from a user in the Honeywell RSS, pull all users from within Config Tool.
2738702 If a user imported from a panel has an associated fob, the fob ID number is erased during synchronization.
Workaround: To avoid deleting the fob during synchronization, Pull the users from the panel using the Users page in Config Tool, even if the users have no PINs defined on the Honeywell RSS. If you add or remove a fob from a user in the Honeywell RSS, pull all users from within Config Tool.
2736502 When using RIO F, the only events received are for auto-protection. Battery fault and power loss states are not received in Security Center.
2736501 Setting the DIP switch 8 on the intrusion panel to ON offsets zone IDs, which results in erroneous data.
Workaround: Turn off DIP switch 8.
