You must change the plugin role configuration if you are not using Genetec Citigraf™ or if the default settings do not match your needs.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. In the Plugins task, select the plugin role from the entity browser, and click the Properties tab.
  3. Configure the following:
    Flowbird GO API URL
    Flowbird GO API URL
    Database check interval
    Time between each check in the database, to retrieve the latest reads.
    NOTE: The default time between each check in the database is 5 seconds. In the case of an average of more than one read per second (all lanes included), it would be advised to reduce it.
    Add lane
    Adds a new lane, in which to add and remove ALPR units.
    Lane ID
    Lane identifier provided by Flowbird.
    ALPR unit mapping
    • Name: Name of the ALPR unit
    • ID: Camera ID provided by Flowbird used to map the camera in their system.
    • Token: Security token provided by Flowbird, used to authenticate the camera when contacting the API.
    • Lane Type: In or Out, used in the Flowbird system.
    Add unit
    Add ALPR unit to the lane.
    Remove unit
    Remove ALPR unit from the lane.
    Remove lane
    Remove the lane (with its ALPR units) from the configuration.
  4. Click Apply.
