If license plate reads are visible in Security Center, but are missing in Flowbird GO, you can troubleshoot the issue.

Cause

Description: The Server URL is not set properly.

Solution:
  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. In the Plugins task, select the Flowbird GO plugin from the entity browser, and click the Properties tab.
  3. Under Parameters, make sure that the Server URL is filled and valid.
  4. Check with a browser to see if the URL is available.

Cause

Description: If you receive some reads for some ALPR units, but not for others. The mapping for the specific unit is probably invalid.

Solution:
  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. In the Plugins task, select the Flowbird GO plugin from the entity browser, and click the Properties tab.
  3. Under Lanes, make sure that there is at least one lane where the ALPR unit is assigned.
  4. Check that the camera ID and the token are valid. These values are provided by Flowbird and work in pair. Each camera ID is linked to a specific token to be able to communicate with the Flowbird API.
NOTE: The plugin logs in the Admin Console can give valuable information in the event of a problem.
