Forms that were created in previous versions of the plugin cannot be migrated to version 4.0 of the plugin.

Procedure

  1. Install the latest version of the plugin.
  2. Create the plugin role.
  3. When the integration using the new plugin works as expected, delete the plugin role associated with the previous version of the plugin.
