[KBA-78963] Edge playback video not appearing in Security Desk
This article explains why you might not see edge playback results for some video units in Security Desk in Security Center 5.7 SR4.
If a unit has video recorded on the edge and then loses and regains connection with the Archiver role, the video recordings no longer appear in Security Center for edge playback.
A coding issue.
Deactivate and then reactivate the Archiver role.
