[KBA-79022] Zenitel TCIV3 intercoms not displaying video when calling to Sipelia™ ring groups

This article explains why video does not display in Security Desk when you call to a Sipelia™ ring group using a Zenitel TCIV3 intercom.

Symptoms

When calling to a ring group from a TCIV3 intercom, the video does not display. Calls to a direct extension work properly.

Cause

An external issue.

Workaround

Configure the Ringlist settings on the intercom webpage:
  1. In the SIP Configuration section on the intercom webpage, click the Direct Access Key Settings tab.
  2. In the Direct Access Key Settings section, select Ringlist 1 or the Ringlist that you require for DAK 1.
  3. In the Ringlist settings section, type the extensions that you want to call in sequence in the Ringlist column.
  4. Configure the Loop Ringlist, Ringing Time, and Max Conversion Time options required and click Save.
