[KBA-00930] Expansion servers do not appear or are red in Security Center
This article explains why one or more of your expansion servers might not appear, or might be offline (red) in Security Center.
Applies to: Security Center 5.2 - 5.7
One or more of your expansion servers are offline (red) or do not appear in the entity browser in Security Center.
- If you moved the main server to a new computer, you must reconnect the all expansion servers on your system to the new computer.
- If you changed important settings on the main server, such as the IP address or the Server Admin password, you must update the settings on the expansion servers to re-establish connection between the servers.
