Getting Started with your Streamvault™ appliance
You can deploy your Streamvault™ appliance with Security Center by following a sequence of steps.

|Understand prerequisites and key issues before deploying|
|1||Connect any required peripherals.
If your step-up requires an internet connection, ensure your Ethernet line is connected.
|2||Before deploying your Streamvault™ appliance read the release notes to learn about the new features, known issues, and limitations.|
|3||Log in using the Admin password printed on your appliance, then change the password.|
|Complete the set-up wizards|
|4||Complete the Streamvault Control Panel setup
NOTE: Remote desktop is disabled by default. To enable remote desktop, turn off the Block remote desktop setting on the Security page of this wizard.
|5||Complete the Streamvault Control Panel activation wizard.|
|6||Activate your Security Center license.|
|7||Activate the System Availability Monitor.|
|8||Run the Partitioning tool if it is available for your Streamvault™ appliance.||
You must run the partitioning tool before configuring your Security Center setup, otherwise all configurations are lost.
|9||Configure your Security Center video and access control features.|
