The Honeywell Galaxy intrusion panel extension 3.0 includes the following known limitations.

Issue Description
7 Setting the DIP switch 8 on the intrusion panel to ON offsets zone IDs, which results in erroneous data.
8 When using RIO F, the only events received are for auto-protection. Battery fault and power loss states are not received in Security Center.
9 Setting the polling value to 0 will deactivate the feature. The minimum recommended value is 5000.
10 If you are using Security Center 5.7 SR3, you must apply a hotfix (HR1959110) to resolve a backward compatibility issue with the extension. Before applying the hotfix, you must delete all existing intrusion panels, then recreate them after the hotfix is applied.
