The RSA Surveillance plugin adds custom events to Security Center. These events can be used as query filters in activity reports or to create event-to-actions.

Event Description
RSA Generic Event This event occurs when it is configured as the EventId in the Genetec driver macro, and the macro is executed.

This event is used to create intrusions in the RSA Surveillance plugin when native Security Center events are triggered.

For more information, see Triggering intrusions using native Security Center events.

RSA zone armed This event occurs when an RSA zone is armed.
RSA zone disarmed This event occurs when an RSA zone is disarmed.
RSA zone maintenance started This event occurs when maintenance mode is turned on for an RSA zone.
RSA zone maintenance completed This event occurs when maintenance mode is turned off for an RSA zone.
RSA zone intrusion This event occurs when an intrusion is first detected in an RSA zone. This occurs at the same time as the first Target created event in an RSA zone.
RSA zone intrusion finished This event occurs when all targets in an RSA zone have been acknowledged.
Target created This event occurs when a tracking system reports an intruder in an RSA zone.
Target detected This event occurs when an existing target enters a different RSA zone. You can have several targets detected for the same intruders every time that intruder crosses into a new zone.
Target acknowledged This event occurs when a target is acknowledged.
Target marked as friend This event occurs when an unknown target is identified to be from the same source as a known target, based on their GPS positions. The initial target disappears from the map.
Tracking system online This event occurs when a tracking system comes online.
Tracking system offline This event occurs when a tracking system goes offline.
Events specific to tracking system type1
Intrusion detected This event occurs when an intrusion is detected by the tracking system.
Intrusion alert This event occurs when an intrusion that meets specific criteria configured in the tracking system is detected by the tracking system. For example, an object is detected entering a zone at a specific speed.
Perimeter intrusion detected This event occurs when an intrusion is detected by the perimeter tracking system.

1 These events are deactivated by default. To learn which events apply to your tracking system, see Tracking System Compatibility for the Restricted Security Area Surveillance Plugin 3.5.
