When the maximum number of active targets is reached, the RSA Surveillance plugin stops tracking new targets. Operators must acknowledge existing targets for new ones to be detected.

What you should know

A target is considered active as long as it has not been acknowledged.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. Select the Restricted Security Area Surveillance role, and then click the Properties tab.
  3. In the Maximum number of targets field, enter a number between 100 and 500. The default value is 200.
  4. Click Apply.
