Do you have all required Security Center licenses?

In addition to the plugin licenses, the licenses for all the entities and features that you will use in Security Center must be activated. If an entity’s license is missing, a failure message is displayed when the server tries to create or modify the entity. For a list of available licenses, refer to the topic "License options in Security Center". To learn how to activate a license, refer to the Security Center Installation and Upgrade Guide.
