Changes made in AMAG Symmetry are automatically synchronized in Security Center. However, you might want to start a synchronization manually in case you observe an issue with the entities being synchronized.

Before you begin

Make sure that the plugin role is configured and is connected to the AMAG Symmetry server.

What you should know

Starting a manual synchronization triggers a full synchronization with the AMAG Symmetry proxy service only.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. In the Plugins task, select the AMAG Symmetry plugin from the entity browser, and then click the Synchronization tab.
  3. Click the Start manual synchronization button.
    The synchronization progress and the number of entities being synchronized for each type of entity is displayed under Latest synchronization information.
