You notice that a new entity or a change made to an existing entity in Symmetry SMS is not displayed in Security Center.
To troubleshoot this issue, answer the following questions.

2 | Is the entity normally imported by the plugin? | Make sure that the entity is supported by the plugin. Not all AMAG

3 | Have you waited long enough for the proxy to get the data and send it to the plugin? | Check to see how long the polling frequency is for the entity in question. See Configuring the AMAG Symmetry proxy service |
