The AMAG Symmetry plugin 3.1 includes the following known issues.

| 1186420 | Sometimes when synchronizing entities the status shows "Synchronizing" even though it's completed. Workaround: Click the refresh button (blue arrows) to show the actual current state. |
| 1345206 | When any change is made on the plugin role's Properties, Ignored events, or Synchronization pages, all alarm entities are updated to the recipients listed in the plugin role's Properties page. Workaround: Only define alarm recipients in the plugin role. Do not add recipients to individual alarm entities. |
| 170801 | An AMAG Symmetry software update has resolved the issue with the XML web service G4TGetActivity method. The SearchActivityToDateTime parameter is now used when using ActivitySearchMethod "Search from Date". This allows a window of activity to be returned as opposed to all activity from the SearchActivityFromDateTime parameter, which was causing the method to time out. To receive this fix, ensure you are using AMAG Symmetry build 190101 or later. |
