If you cannot connect to a Sharp camera on your network, you can try connecting to the camera by using the camera's alternate IP address.
You may need to connect to the camera using the alternate IP address because of a mistake made when entering a new static IP address or some other configuration problem. Using the alternate IP address allows you to reach the Sharp Portal and reconfigure the camera.
What you should know
- If there is more than one camera on the network, isolate the camera by connecting it directly to a computer.
- Connect to the camera using the alternate IP address 192.168.10.100.
- Reconfigure the camera as required and reconnect to the network.
