To review events that were triggered in Security Center based on data changes or traps on a device, you can use the SNMP Manager events report in Security Desk.

Procedure

  1. From the home page in Security Desk, open the SNMP Manager events report.
  2. Set up the query filters for your report. Choose one or more of the following filters:
    Entities
    Select the SNMP Manager devices to investigate.
    Events
    Select the custom events to investigate.
    Time range
    Define the time range for the query. The range can be defined for a specific period or for a unit of time, such as the last day or the last week.
  3. Click Generate report.
    The events are listed in the report pane. The following report pane columns are available for this report:
    Event
    Event name.
    Timestamp
    Date and time that the event occurred.
    Entity
    SNMP Manager device that triggered the event.
    Message
    Message related to the custom event triggered by the SNMP Manager plugin.

Results

You can also view incoming events from the Monitoring task in Security Desk.
