You must select a camera blocking user to set the security user level required to view blocked camera streams on the Barco video wall.

What you should know

Some camera streams on the Barco display might be blocked in Security Desk. If the camera blocking user has a lower user level (lowest is 254) than the blocking level of the camera in Security Desk, then they will not be able to view the blocked camera stream on the Barco video wall.

For example, if the camera blocking user has a user level of 10 and a camera in Security Desk is blocked with a blocking level of 2, the stream will no longer be visible on the wall for that camera blocking user.

The system administrator needs to set user levels in Config Tool

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. In the Plugins task, select the plugin role from the entity browser, and click the Properties tab.
  3. Beside the Camera blocking user field, click to select a user that sets the user level required to view blocked camera streams on the Barco wall.
  4. Click Apply.
