[KBA-01139] Cannot Add a Camera to Stratocast
This article explains what to verify when a camera cannot be added to Stratocast and instead remains in the “waiting for connection” state.
When attempting to add a camera to Stratocast, it remains in a "waiting for connection" state.
1. Ensure the serial number entered to enroll the camera matches that of the physical camera being added (can usually be found on a sticker on the back of the camera)
2. If it does indeed match, consult the tips found at this location.
