If you cannot connect to the Sharp web portal using the Sharp Discovery Tool, there are steps you can follow to help you troubleshoot the issue.
Procedure
- Isolate the camera in a closed environment. If required, connect the camera directly to the computer using a local DHCP.
- For cameras running SharpOS 10 or SharpOS 11, ensure that the latest version of Silverlight is installed (minimum version: 5.0).
