[KBA-00614] Why is there no sound coming from my camera in Omnicast™?
This article explains why there might not be any audio coming from a camera's microphone when viewed in the Live Viewer in Omnicast™.
There is no sound coming from your camera. You clicked the speaker icon in Live Viewer, but you do not hear what the camera's microphone is picking up.
The network connection type set in the speaker's properties might not be compatible with your network configuration.
- In the Physical View in Config Tool, locate and select the relevant speaker.
- In the Network tab of the speaker, try changing the Connection
Type Between Unit and Archiver option to another connection type
and click Apply.
- Try all available connection types.
