Alerts are displayed on maps as colored icons. When you select an alert from the alert tray, its corresponding icons flashes quickly for 3 seconds to show you where the alert is on the map.
CAD call icons
Regardless of the external CAD system we integrate with, the CAD calls are always classified in one of our standard categories. Each category of calls is represented by a distinct icon on maps. A CAD call that is waiting to be dispatched is flashing. A darker shade color represents a call that is still active. The icon color turns to a lighter shade when the call is closed.
