[KBA-01176] Verint S1500T4 encoder remains offline after reboot
This article explains why a Verint S1500T4 unit remains in red in the Omnicast™ entity tree after being rebooted.
After rebooting a Verint S1500T4, it appears offline (red) in the entity tree indefinitely.
The Verint extension in Omnicast™ 4.8 is missing information.
Restart the Archiver service.
This issue is fixed in Omnicast™ 4.8 SR4.
