The plugin displays two types of CCURE 9000 events: realtime and offline.
- Real time events
- When live updates are enabled, the events are received and stored in a database as soon as they occur. This requires an active connection with the CCURE 9000 server.
- Offline events
- The events occur while Security Center is disconnected from the CCURE 9000 server. All offline events are retrieved and stored in the database as soon as a connection is established. Events that occurred within the grace period are also displayed in the Monitoring task when the associated entities are monitored. You can configure the grace period in the Properties tab of the plugin role.

information.
NOTE: The Hardware inventory report shows CCURE 9000 units, but without additional information being provided
in the report columns.
Some reports have the following limitations:- Hardware inventory: CCURE 9000 units are shown, but without additional information being provided in the report columns.
- Cardholder activities: Location and Access point are not available for access control events associated with elevators.
