If you change the Port
field in the Properties tab, you must
also configure the same value on the CCURE 9000 server so that a
connection can be made.
Procedure

Log on to the CCURE 9000 server.

Browse to folder C:\Program Files
(x86)\Tyco\CrossFire\ServerComponents.

Open the file
Genetec.Plugins.CCure.AccessControl.Server.exe.config
in a text editor.

In the file, locate the line <add
baseAddress="net.Tcp://localhost:5645/Genetec/CCureAccessControl"/>.
NOTE: The default port number is 5645.

Change the port number with the same value configured in the plugin.

Save the file, and then close it.

Open a Server Configuration Application window.

Stop the Genetec Security Center C.CURE Access Control service, and then
restart it.
Results
The plugin and the
CCURE 9000 server have the same port number
configured and should be able to establish a connection.
