[KBA-78994] SSL certificate error when adding SharpV cameras to Archiver roles
This article explains why you might receive a One or more errors were found in the SSL certificate error when you try to add a SharpV camera to an Archiver role in Config Tool.

One or more errors were found in the SSL certificate
Sharp cameras running SharpOS 12.7 use HTTPS communication with self-signed certificates. By default, Archiver roles require a valid certificate installed on the server hosting the role to use HTTPS.
- In Config Tool, open the Video task.
- Select the Archiver role that will manage the SharpV camera and click the Extensions tab.
- Select the Genetec AutoVu extension.
- In the Advanced security settings section, set the
Allow unknown certificate authority and
Allow certificates with an invalid subject
nameoptions to ON and click
You can now add the SharpV camera to the Archiver role.
