Cause

NOTE: If you are using Security Center 5.7 SR4 or earlier, you must configure the HTTPS options using the Advanced settings dialog box in Config Tool. See [KBA-01405] Modifying HTTPS options for Archiver roles.
  1. In Config Tool, open the Video task.
  2. Select the Archiver role that will manage the SharpV camera and click the Extensions tab.
  3. Select the Genetec AutoVu extension.
  4. In the Advanced security settings section, set the Allow unknown certificate authority and Allow certificates with an invalid subject nameoptions to ON and click Apply.
