Security Center Mobile 4.1

Reporting tasks are where you generate customized queries on the entities, activities, and events in your Security Center system for investigation and maintenance purposes.

This section takes you on a tour of the reporting task layout, and describes the common elements of most reporting tasks. The Alarm report was used as an example.

A Query filters Use these filters to set up your query. Click on a filter heading to turn it on () or off. A red background indicates an invalid filter.
B Column headings Click a column heading to sort the report by this column. Each click toggles between ascending and descending order.

Drag and drop a column heading to change the order of the columns.

C Report pane Displays your query results in the form of a table. The information can appear as text or graphics (cardholder picture, thumbnails, and so on).
D Show/hide selector Show, hide, or expand the selector pane.
E Toolbar commands Commands related to the report are displayed in the toolbar at the bottom of the workspace.
F Number of results Displays the number of returned results. If there are multiple pages of results, you can switch pages, and select how many results to display on each page.
G Clear filters

Click () to clear all query filters. Some of them might become invalid.

H Generate report Click to run the report. This button is disabled when you have invalid filters.
