[KBA-01005] Motion off threshold shows incorrect value in Omnicast™
This article explains why the “Motion off threshold” might show an incorrect value in Config Tool in Omnicast™ regardless of what was originally entered.
When you view a schedule in Config Tool that is not the default schedule, the Motion off threshold does not display the value you configured. The Motion off threshold value displays as one number lower than the Motion on threshold. For example, the Motion off threshold is displayed as 23 when the Motion on threshold is 24.
- The first time a user switches to the specific schedule in the Motion Detection tab (viewing the schedule a second time fixes the issue).
- The unit only supports unit motion detection.
- The Motion on and Motion off thresholds are lower than 200.
Config Tool does not update the settings properly on units that only support unit motion detection.
Flip to the default schedule, then back to the specific schedule to display the correct Motion off threshold value.
This issue is fixed in Omnicast™ 4.8 SR2.
