Updating the Hotlist and Permit File Updater plugin settings for T2 Systems

To be compatible with recent changes to the T2 Systems: File Transfer Application Platform, certain AutoVu™ systems require a change to the configuration of the Hotlist and Permit File Updater plugin.

Before you begin

  • Ensure that the following T2 Systems URL is accessible from the Security Center server: sftp://integration.t2hosted.com.
  • Open SFTP port 22 on the firewall.
  • Back up the Security Center system.

What you should know

  • It takes 10 to 15 minutes to perform this update.
  • This update applies to customers using the AutoVu™ Hotlist and Permit File Updater plugin with T2 Systems for parking enforcement.
  • This update is required to ensure compliance with recent changes to the T2 Systems File Transfer Application Platform. T2 Systems has consolidated platforms to a single endpoint capable of serving all the necessary secured protocols, and to more actively manage user accounts that have expired or are no longer used.
