After adding the Security Patrol System plugin role, you can add the institution's name, create the required custom events, and define the maximum checkpoints warning.

Procedure

  1. From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
  2. In the Plugins task, select the Security Patrol System plugin role from the entity browser, and then click the Global tab.
  3. In Institution name, enter the name of the company, building, or location to display on every tour.d
  4. Click the Create and assign button to create all the events and assign them to the relate tour state.
NOTE: Each time you click the button, a duplicate set of events is created. You can rename these custom events from the System task in Config Tool.
  5. In the Checkpoint threshold warning box, specify the maximum number of checkpoints for a single tour. The default is 32.
NOTE: When the threshold is surpassed, you will receive a warning. This setting does not enforce the limit, so you can add as many checkpoints as you want to a tour.
  6. Click Apply.
