[KBA-78862] Synergis™ Cloud Link keeps restarting after upgrading to Synergis™ Softwire 10.7 GA
This article explains why the Synergis™ Cloud Link may keep restarting after upgrading to Synergis™ Softwire 10.7 GA.
After upgrading Synergis™ Cloud Link to Synergis Softwire 10.7 GA (10.7.411.5), the Cloud Link keeps disconnecting in Security Center. The Cloud Link reboots approximately every two minutes.
This is due to a coding issue.
The following firmware update patch needs to be applied to Cloud Link.
To provide sufficient time for the patch installation, the Cloud Link portal needs to be loaded as soon as the unit restarts.
This issue is resolved in Synergis™ Softwire 10.7 SR1.
