Known issues are software issues that have been discovered in the current release or a previous release, and have not yet been resolved.
Genetec Patroller™ 6.5 includes the following known issues:
|2208834||For Genetec Patroller™ installations that are configured to auto-enforce permit hits, when the system performs a last chance lookup, the status of the plate read is set to Enforced. Because the hit is the result of a last chance lookup, the status should be Not enforced.|
|1748095||For patrol vehicles that are configured to send live reads, hits, and positions to the server, when an offload is then performed manually, some offload files might not be processed by the LPR Manager.|
|1037494||If the cellular connection between Genetec
Patroller™ and Security
Center is lost, there is a short delay
before GNSS positions are buffered. This can result in a lost positioning during LPR
route playback. This issue is not present when offloading at the end of a patrol, but
effects Patroller systems that are configured to send Patroller positions live to
Workaround: You can correct the displayed route by offloading Patroller data at the end of the patrol.
