[KBA-01240] System Status report emails sent from Security Desk are not received
This article explains why System status task report emails sent from Security Desk are not received even if the sending action is successful.
In Security Desk, you can save the System Status task results as a report. This report can then be emailed to recipients through a Security Desk action, which prompts a message stating that the action was successfully executed. However, none of the recipients receive the email.
This issue does not affect other reports, which can be successfully sent by email.
