The first time a SiPass alarm is imported to Security Center, it is assigned the recipients listed on SiPass plugin role's Properties page. When you want to change the recipients of an alarm entity, you must do so from the Alarms task.

Procedure

  1. From the SiPass plugin, select an alarm to update.
    • Go to the Alarms page in the SiPass plugin role, select an alarm from the list, and then click the Jump to button ()
    The Alarms task opens with the chosen alarm selected.
  2. On the Properties page, in the Recipients box, add () and remove () users and user groups as required.
  3. Click Apply.
