You can protect your data by scheduling regular backups of the database and video archives. To avoid running out of storage space, it is a best practice to clean these repositories regularly.

What you should know
- From the Config Tool home page, open the Plugins task.
- From the entity browser, select the Interview Room Manager role and click the Resources tab.
Click Cleanup (), select how long to keep data, choose when to delete
old data, and then click OK.
