[KBA-79023] Sipelia™ call dialog box not showing in Security Desk
This article explains why non-administrator users might be unable see the Sipelia™ call dialog box when they log on to Security Desk.
When you log on to Security Desk, you cannot see the Sipelia™ call dialog box if you are not an administrator.
A coding limitation. If the Directory server does not have Sipelia™ installed, the Sipelia™-specific user privileges are unknown on the server. As a result, when requests are sent from Security Desk to grant or deny actions for a user based on their Sipelia privileges, the actions are denied.
On the Directory server computer, install the same version of Sipelia™ as on the server hosting the Sipelia™ plugin role.
