[KBA-00599] Archive Player does not return search results when using Bosch VRM integration
This article explains why the Archive Player does not return search results in Omnicast™ when the video is stored through a Bosch VRM System.

A search for archived video in Archive Player does not return results, even when the All Sources option is selected.
The Archive option under the Archivng tab in Server Admin is not enabled. Even when recording on the edge (VRM System), the Archiver library needs to be running because all queries are routed through it. Therefore, this option must be enabled.
To enable the Archive option:
- Open Server Admin on the Omnicast server.
- Click on the Archiver branch.
- Go to the Archiving tab.
- Check the Archive Option.
- Click on the Apply button. You will be prompted to restart the service to
apply the changes.
