If a user is no longer required, you can delete them so that they are permanently removed from your account.
What you should know
If a username is registered with multiple Stratocast™ accounts, you can delete it from one account without affecting the other accounts. For example, if a username is assigned to an integrator user in one Stratocast™ account and a client administrator in another account, deleting the integrator user does not delete the client administrator.
If your username is registered to multiple Stratocast™
accounts, select an
Click Users, and then select an integrator from the
Name column. If you have difficulty finding the
integrator, you can search for it by using the Search
IMPORTANT: Deleting an integrator does not delete the client accounts that are associated with that integrator, because client accounts are linked to their respective integrator accounts.
- In the integrator's Edit page, click Delete and then Continue.
