If you have client accounts that have been suspended, you can restore the accounts at any time so that your clients can access their Stratocast™ portals again.
What you should know
Click Clients, and then
search for or select an account from the Account name
Tip: You can also search for suspended accounts by reviewing the Account state field on the Client accounts page.
- From the Account state drop-down list, select Active.
- Click Save, or navigate back to exit the page and cancel your changes.
If you click Save, the Account state field changes from Updating to Active. The client account is restored and is active again.
