Important notice for SharpV platform updates
We recently discovered a potential issue with the January and April 2020 SharpV platform updates, which occurs during the update process.
We have temporarily removed all platform packages from the Product Downloads page on GTAP. As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you do not apply the January or April 2020 SharpV platform update. A new platform update that addresses the issue will be available shortly on GTAP.
If you already applied the January or April 2020 update and did not notice any issues during the upgrade process, you can continue operating without concern.
If you must update your SharpV platform to access required features, contact Genetec™ Technical Support at https://gtap.genetec.com. We can assist you with the update to reduce the potential impact on the performance of your SharpV hardware.
