When cardholders present their cards at BioConnect biometric readers, access is denied.
A software issue discovered by BioConnect causes this error. BioConnect has identified the source of the issue and has taken actions to resolve the issue and restore access.
This issue affects customers using Suprema Generation 1 Devices (BioStation, BioStation T2, BioEntry Plus, BioEntry W, BioLiteNet, and FaceStation) in combination with BioConnect version 3.x or 4.x software. For more information, see this Customer Notification released by BioConnect.
