[KBA-77786] Cameras do not record if TLS 1.0 is disabled
This article explains why cameras might not be recording if TLS 1.0 is disabled in Windows.
If TLS 1.0 is disabled, cameras might not be able to record video because the is not writing events to the Archiver database.
The Archiver uses SQL Native Client 2008 R2, which requires TLS 1.0.
Download and install this hotfix from Microsoft that enables TLS 1.2 with SQL Native Client 2008 R2.
This issue is resolved in Security Center 5.6 SR4 because the Archiver no longer requires SQL Native Client 2008 R2.
