To investigate events from ASSA ABLOY CLIQ keys, you can generate the standard Security Center reports for access control.
No custom reports
The ASSA ABLOY CLIQ plugin does not add any custom reports to Security Center.
Supported Security Center reports
IMPORTANT: To receive door, cardholder, and credential events in Security Center, you must enable the Download
events option when configuring keys.
The following reports are available for use with ASSA ABLOY CLIQ plugin. These reports are available from the Security Desk Tasks page.
- Cardholder activities
- Credential activities
- Door activities
- Visitor activities
NOTE: The plugin polls CLIQ Web Manager every five minutes. Therefore, events only
appear in reports five minutes after they occur.
