Using the Monitoring task in Security Center Web Client, you can monitor video feeds and manage access control for the facility.

What you should know

In the Monitoring task, you can:
  • Drag entities from the area view to a tile
  • Unlock doors, shunt readers, and override unlock schedules in systems with access control
  • Configure the tile pattern

Procedure

  1. Log on to Web Client.
  2. From the main menu, select the Monitoring task.
  3. Click the Area view tab.
  4. Click the Areas tab to find the device or Security Desk layout you want to monitor.
  5. Double click or drag the device or layout to a tile.
    The tile displays the video feed, data, or controls associated with the device or layout.

  6. Click the Layouts tab to select a previously saved Web Client layout.
