From the 2N intercom’s website, you can create contacts that the device can call when pressing an intercom button.

Note: Some 2N intercom models only have one button.

  1. Connect to the intercom using the web page and log in.

  2. In the Directory tab, click Users.

  3. In the User Basic Information section, type a name to identify the contact.

    The SIP address should be the extension you want to dial when the button is pressed.

  4. Click Save.

    The contact has been created.

  5. Click the Hardware tab and click Buttons.

  6. In the Quick Dial Buttons section, click Graphical user interface, text, application Description automatically generated beside the button you want to associate.

  7. Select a user from the Directory and click Add.

  8. Click Save.
