To ensure that the Aiphone IX-DVM device is properly configured with Sipelia, validate the following settings and functions.
Calling the Avigilon H4 Video Intercom from Sipelia
From Security Desk, you should be able to call the device using the Sipelia Address Book. To access the address book, click the green phone icon.

If you press the call button on the Avigilon H4 Video Intercom, you should receive a call in Sipelia.
Triggering the output relay #1 using DTMF
Initiate a call with the intercom from Security Desk. Once the call is established, use the Dial Pad to send the DTMF sequence that you created during basic SIP configuration.
If you use a multimeter to monitor the pins 1 & 3 at the back of the Avigilon H4 Video Intercom unit, the pins should go from open-circuit to short-circuit after sending the DTMF sequence. The pin is configured as open by default.
