To ensure that the Zenitel or Grandstream device is properly configured with Sipelia™, validate the following settings and functions.

Checking the Zenitel or Grandstream intercom’s registration to Sipelia

From the device web page, under Status, in the Account status section, the device should appear as Registered.

In Config Tool, under the VoIP Inventory task, the device should appear as Available.

Calling the Zenitel or Grandstream intercom from Sipelia

From Security Desk, you should be able to call the device using the Sipelia Address Book.

Note: Since the Zenitel ITSV-3, Zenitel ITSV-2, Grandstream GXV3370, and Grandstream GXV3350 devices are video intercoms, you should be able to establish a call with video and audio. If you’re not getting video from the call, make sure the camera is open. There is a wheel on the back of the device to enable it.

Calling Sipelia from the Zenitel or Grandstream intercom

Using the dial pad on the device, enter the extension that you want to call. You should be able to establish a call from the device.
